The people behind the trailer

We're Brad and Jenny.
This is our kind of work.

We started this business with a simple idea: work hard, treat people right, and make stressful projects a whole lot easier.

When we're not hauling, clearing, or helping customers reclaim their space, we're usually outside with our two dogs, gardening, foraging, canning, or finding a trail and a swimming hole somewhere around the Natural State.

This business is something we're building together, right here in Northwest Arkansas. We want our name to stand for honest work, reliable service, and the kind of experience you'd feel comfortable recommending to a neighbor.

The Natural State Cleanout Co. ethos - usable items don't go straight to the dump. They go to local charities and community spaces, to neighbors through free Facebook Marketplace listings, or to repair shops that fix them up and resell them at a discount. What's left gets recycled wherever it can. The dump is our last stop, and anything with chemicals goes to the proper disposal facility.

How much does junk removal cost?

Every job is quoted on its own. Text us a few pictures of what needs to go and tell us what town you're in, and Brad sends you a price for that exact job. We confirm it with you before any work starts, so there's no surprise at the end.

Is there a travel fee?

Not within 15 miles of Rogers. Pickups 15 to 30 miles out add a flat $25, and anything more than 30 miles out adds $50. It goes on top of your job quote, and we'll tell you up front.

Can I text you pictures for an estimate?

Yes, and it's the quickest way to get an answer. Take a couple pictures of what needs to go, text them to (479) 540-0034, and we'll take a look and let you know what comes next.

Do you offer same-day junk removal?

Yes, same-day pickups are available. Call or text (479) 540-0034 and we'll find a time that works.

What items do you take?

Furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, hot tubs, playsets and trampolines, exercise equipment, pianos, tires, carpet and flooring, scrap metal, yard waste, storm debris and construction debris, plus whole garages, attics, basements and storage units. If it fits in the trailer and two people can carry it, it's probably a yes.

What can't you take?

We haven't found anything we can't take yet. Paint, chemicals and anything else hazardous go to registered disposal facilities and get handled the right way. If you're not sure about something, text us a picture.

What happens to everything you haul away?

We live up to our name. Whenever we can, we donate locally and to places like Habitat for Humanity, list usable items for free on Facebook Marketplace for the community, or take them to shops that repair and resell at a discount. Recycling comes next. The dump is our last resort.

Do I need to move everything outside first?

No. Leave it where it sits. We'll come to the garage, the attic, the back bedroom or wherever it is and carry it out ourselves. That's the part you're hiring us for.

Can you remove items from upstairs or inside my house?

Yes. Upstairs, downstairs, attics, basements or tight hallways, we handle the lifting and we're careful with your floors and doorframes on the way out.

Do you handle full estate cleanouts?

We do. We've helped with sorting, boxing, moving items for estate sales and clearing what's left behind. We know these jobs carry more than furniture, and we work at whatever pace you need.

Do you tear down sheds, decks and fences?

Yes. We handle light demolition on sheds, decks, fences and playsets, and we haul off everything that comes down.

Do you work with landlords and property managers?

Regularly. Rental turnovers, move-outs, foreclosures and unit cleanouts are a good chunk of what we do, and we can set up recurring turnovers. If you need a unit ready to show, call us and we'll work to your timeline.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash and credit or debit cards.
